Management meeting: Malta

In this past visit to Malta, the coordinators from all the schools included in this project have had a series of meetings or working sessions in which we have learnt a lot about our schools and our educational systems. We have also had the opportunity to talk to the coordinators of our partner schools and plan ahead. We want to show you the working plan of the meeting.

Tuesday 29th October 

8.45 am Pick up from Allegro to Newark 

9am - 9.30am Welcome (coffee + biscuits) 

9.30am - 10.00am Introduction of Host + Head of School speech

10.00am - 11.30am 15-minute presentation of schools (6 partners)

1.30 - 12.00pm Coffee Break

12.00pm - 2pm Lunch at Tre Angeli

2.30pm - 5.30pm Workshop (Logo - ideas+deadline-, School visits calendar, Project’s blog (who will create it? Who will manage it? What will we publish in it? Procedure for publication/updating)

5.45pm Pick up from Newark to Allegro

9.00am - 12.00am Workshop: Producing standard forms for the coordination of the Project (School visit details; Visit evaluation by teachers and students; Work for each visit; Digital content description; Objectives- degree of achivement. What will each group of students work on for each visit? (Before and during the visit; After the visit)

12.15pm Pick up from Newark to Allegro 

12.30pm Lunch at Café Cuba 

2.30pm Sliema Ferries to Valletta

3.15pm - 6pm Guided tour in Valletta (with some freetime)
